The villa is a 10-minute walk from a charming pebble cove with crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts. You can also enjoy a stunning 300-square-meter communal pool with a large relaxation beach, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery in the exclusive residence. The renowned beaches of Villasimius are a 30-minute drive away, and along the provincial road you’ll find many white and golden sandy beaches, including Mari Pintau just 5 minutes away. Cagliari, the capital, is 30 minutes by car. A security deposit is required upon arrival.
